Awarding Reputation
Reputation is usually earned by getting paid in the Colony's native token.
However, it is also possible to award reputation to a member without paying them tokens.

Removing Reputation
In some cases it might be necessary to remove a contributor's reputation.
This might be as a result of acting maliciously or breaking certain rules.
Depending on the severity, either some or all of their reputation can be removed.
If all of their reputation is removed, they are no longer a contributor and will not be able to stake any actions in the Colony.
